Do check out the given references thoroughly it will help you to gain more information about the candidate. Mostly candidates at their end thought no one is going to check what they wrote as a reference. But making a hiring decision is a serious job and following up with references makes your choices clear.

4. Keeping in mind all your previous workings and not essentials, craft interview questions logically. As interview process is actually to decide whether a candidate is going for next process of hiring or not. Re-read the resume prior to the interview and make notes of specified questions other than generals about each candidate.

5. After rapid interview session again short list or narrow down number of candidates. Call them on a private meeting, discuss your project and job requirements with them as a group discussion in a rather a casual way. Here, you can judge there convincing and leadership powers and how they can work along with a team.

Inviting anyone or everyone would be a difficult, time consuming and expensive way of hiring managers. As company’s most valuable asset is its capital so don’t waste it on hiring without structured planning.
